NOTICE: Any work performed on EDGE appliances that are under factory warranty must abide by the MF&B Warranty Policy. Any work performed without prior authorization may not be reimbursed by MF&B. All EDGE appliance owners and services companies/persons should contact MF&B prior to any service call and obtain a Service Authorization number. Modifications to the EDGE appliance and the use of non OEM repair parts, without prior consent from MF&B, will void the balance of the factory warranty period. Authorized service persons must contact MF&B during the initial visit to expedite the repair process. Please familiarize yourself with the Warranty Policy, Installation & Operation Manual and the Service Manual before performing any service on the EDGE oven.
